Copyright embarked on his journey into the world of photography and video production when he enrolled at his local college. It was during this time that he stumbled upon an apparently boundless treasure trove of art materials that he could creatively 'borrow' to fashion his own paintings. However, his true moment of revelation came when he realized that he could transform his photographs into paintings using stencils. When his source of complimentary supplies eventually ran dry, he turned to the streets as his new, cost-free canvas. It was within this public domain that his work started attracting attention, and it wasn't long before he had his inaugural exhibition at a gallery. Fast forward many years, and despite lacking any formal art education or qualifications, Copyright remains a relentless experimenter, continually propelling his art forward. He skillfully integrates new materials and techniques into his signature style, resulting in artworks that blur the lines between fine art and street art. Over the past fifteen years, Copyright has been invited to exhibit his work on a global scale, including solo showcases in prominent art hubs like London, Chicago, and Tokyo. His artistic prowess earned him commissions to design the cover of Reload Magazine for a feature on his art, as well as features in notable publications such as Harpers Bazaar, Teen Vogue, and Modart, among others. He also made an appearance in Series 8 of the BBC show 'The Apprentice.' With his highly stylized and unique artistic approach, Copyright has garnered a dedicated following among both national and international art collectors, counting several celebrities and Premier League footballers among his admirers.
